This Privacy Policy describes how applications and technology services provided by Lab-427 handle information. Questions or requests may be sent to dev@lab-427.com.

Information handled

Depending on the service, Lab-427 may process account and contact details, information an authorized user chooses to submit, authentication and security records, support requests, and limited network or device information needed to deliver and protect the service.

How information is used

Information is used only to authenticate approved users, enforce permissions, provide requested functionality, support the service, and investigate security or reliability problems.

Service providers

Limited information may be processed by providers that host, protect, distribute, or support service features. They may process only the information needed to perform those functions and may retain their own security or operational records under their policies.

Retention and deletion

Information is kept only while needed to provide and protect a service. Operational records and logs are removed on short, service-appropriate schedules after they are no longer needed. Account information remains while an account is approved. When an account is deleted, identifying profile fields are cleared or de-identified unless limited information is still needed for an active record. To request correction or deletion, contact dev@lab-427.com. To request deletion of information associated with an account, email dev@lab-427.com from the account's approved email and state that you are requesting deletion. Account contact and profile information is deleted or de-identified when no longer needed. Limited non-personal identifiers may remain only while required by an active operational record or security requirement, after which they are removed.

Security

Lab-427 uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. No Internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure. Use of Lab-427 services is at the user's own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lab-427 disclaims warranties and liability for loss, damage, unauthorized access, compromise, interruption, or misuse.

No advertising or sale

Lab-427 does not sell user information, use it for advertising, or build marketing profiles.
